New Look and T4 “Styling the Nation’ party

TOWIEStyle spent last night sipping mojitos, munching on the most delicious canapés whilst mingling with some of the TOWIE cast, beautiful models and other celebrities who had all turned out at One Marylebone for the New Look “Styling the Nation’ party in London last night.

New Look, Style The Nation' is a brand new Channel 4 show hosted by T4's Nick Grimshaw, each week two would-be stylists will compete in a head-to-head catwalk competition.

So, we arrived fashionably late with our friend and Vivienne Westwood model Tolula Adeyemi to a huge red carpet, sea of paparazzi and fans waiting for a glimpse of their favourite celebs.

Once we had accomplished the red carpet and grand staircase entrance the party was in full swing.  The drinks were flowing and the dance floor was packed with guests wearing the latest in cutting edge fashion, making shapes to some of the best music supplied to us by the fabulous A list DJ Prince Charming.

As this was a fashion event the style stakes were always going to be high and the guests did not disappoint, especially the lovely TOWIE cast.

Maria was having a lovely evening with her best mate and fellow TOWIE cast member Lauren Pope, plus she had brought her mum along too.  Maria and looked wickedly 'on point' in tan coloured belted flared trousers from New Look, caramel Christian Louboutain platform shoes and vest top by ‘Own the Runway’.

Lauren Pope was in good spirits despite the fact that she must be missing her boyfriend Kirk Norcross who is currently on holiday in Las Vegas with his dad.  Lauren looked hot in a beautiful frill trim chiffon floral dress by AX Paris Price £30.00 and shoes by New Look.

Adam and Simon Ryan looked particularly dapper, suited and booted.  Adam wore a bespoke suit made for him by the tailors at New Look.  They attended the party with their LUXE Essex crew and spent most of the night whipping the dance floor into an absolute frenzy, with impromptu dance offs and some wicked moves.  Hilarious.

TOWIEStyle met Caitlin Burles, 16, and Jamie Finch, 19, who were hand picked by Next Model scouts at Essex Fashion Week, both of them seemed to be really enjoying the party ....... just a little taste of what life as a top model could be like!

TOWIE's Gemma Collins was having a great time at the party looking gorgeous and mixing with all of the guests, she spent most of the night on the dancefloor.

Lucy Mecklenburgh arrived hand in hand with her bestie and fellow cast member Lydia Rose Bright. Lucy, as always looked stunning and tonight was no exception, she wore a floor length gown from Mango and of course teamed with New Look accessories!

Lydia Rose Bright, breezed the venue looking evry inch beautiful and cool, she was donning a floral bandeau maxi dress from Yumigi and a straw trilby hat from the New Look spring/summer collection.

Aside from the TOWIE cast TOWIEStyle were also rubbing shoulders with other celebs including Sadie Frost, the lovely Radio 1 Extra DJ Sarah Jane Crawford, Vanessa White from the Saturdays, Henry Holland, Pixie Geldof  and more…..

Sarah Baines, Marketing Manager from New Look, totally stunning in a fabulous purple one shoulder dress from the New Look Autumn/ Winter range.  Sarah has been an integral part of helping TOWIEStyle with the styling of for some of the TOWIE cast.  When she wasn’t rocking the dance floor we caught up with her to find out how she was enjoying the big night, she commented, “I’m so pleased that we have had such a good turnout, the venue is great and everyone seems to be having a brilliant time”.

So it was time to leave before we turned into pumpkins!  Our heads a touch light from the champers and mojitos, our feet just a little tired from dancing so much, but we had an absolute scream. Thanks so much to New Look and T4  cant wait for the new collection and the show!
